Housing information

Rooms (105) have been reserved at the Hotel Classique (418-658-2793) on a first come first serve basis. The single room cost 109$/night,  double bed rooms are at 129$/night and suite at 132$/night. The group reservation number is 93269 and member should quote this number when reserving. Please book your room as soon as possible. The hotel is about 2.5 km from the meeting venue and a bus stop is located just in front of the hotel. Here are maps showing how to get to the Classique and also from the Classique to the University.

Also a block of rooms have been reserved on Campus at 45$/night (single bed, dorm style - 50 rooms) and 80$/night (suite, one double bed - 4 rooms). These rooms are located next to the meeting venue and reservation can be made online. Do not forget to select the COMP meeting in the pull-down menu. When arriving on site for the meeting, proceed to room 1618 of Pavillon Alphonse-Marie-Parent (next to the Desjardins) from 15 h 30 to get your key. The phone number is (418) 656-5632.

For those who do not mind the extra travel time of 15-20 minutes (by bus or car), there are numerous excellent hotels close to and in the Old Quebec. We have NOT made any arrangements for these hotels. The following are on the 800 and 801 bus route (direct to and from campus, no transfers required):
