Exhibitors

This conference will attract participants representing a broad spectrum of research and academic interests thus providing an ideal marketing venue for your organization and an opportunity for you to interact with leading researchers and key decision makers in Canadian Medical Physics. We have developed many ideas to improve the visibility and accessibility of exhibits. For example, coffee breaks will be strategically located to optimize flow in the exhibit area, signage to exhibits will be clearly posted and we are developing a "reward system" to stimulate conference attendees to visit the displays.

NOTE: Cancellations received after  May 16th 2008 will be subject to a 20 percent administrative fee. Pre-registration closes May 23rd, 2008.  Registrations after this date are on site only.
